My work stems from a Cognitive Behavioral approach blended with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills. Additional training includes Brainspotting (phase 1 & 2), Cognitive Processing therapy (CPT), Cognitive Elements Treatment Approach (CETA), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
